Meet The Team

Karen is the Chief Operating Officer of Revelations Behavioral Health.
She attended St. John’s University in New York where she studied psychology and obtained her nursing degree at Stevenson University in Maryland. Born and raised in New York, she moved to Virginia in 1998, making it her home. With over 27 years of experience, Karen holds a B.S. in Nursing and has gravitated towards Psychiatric and Home Health nursing.
As the COO of Revelations Behavioral Health, she manages the daily administrative and operational functions of the company, working closely with department heads and supervisors to support the day-to-day activities of employees.
Outside of work, Karen is a mom of three who enjoys traveling and exploring other countries

Don is a New York native who loves all that Virginia has to offer. He has a unique education background, with degrees in social work and divinity from Virginia Union University. Don believes his calling in life led him to work in the helping professions. With many years in the human services field, he enjoys collaborating with like-minded individuals ensuring that the community is receiving quality mental health services. Don is currently the Chief Marketing and Outreach Officer for Harry Co and Revelations Behavioral Health. In that role, Don has primary responsibility for community outreach activities and business development for the service areas. However, his greatest accomplishment is his family. You can find him anywhere in the mental health community, from participating in community events to being a guide for those struggling with behavioral health issues. Krystal is a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience serving children and adults. Born and raised in New York, she holds a B.S. in Pre-Med Biology and a Master's in Counselor Education from Virginia State University.
She specializes in outpatient therapy, crisis management, mental health skill building, and intensive in-home services. Krystal operates from a Solution-Focused and Reality/Choice perspective, frequently utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered, and solution-focused techniques.
Outside of work, Krystal enjoys writing and listening to music that moves her spirit. She is a devoted mother and believes in showing up with integrity and purpose in all roles of life.

Jamica graduated from Capella University with a Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling and has been working for eight years in the mental health field. She is now a licensed mental health professional, working as a resident in counseling. Jamica thrives on building connections with her clients and enjoys meeting new people.
Jamica Allen is a proud mother of two beautiful girls, Marley and Rhyan, and has been happily married to her husband for 10 years. She loves vacationing at the beach and traveling with her family. Her favorite destination is the island of Jamaica, which she adores so much that she has visited it over 15 times. Jamica and her family also have two miniature schnauzers, Denver and Milo.

Jabriel Hasan is a Resident in Counseling specializing in Trauma Work, Depression & Anxiety, and Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy. His practice is grounded in an Existential Humanistic approach, which emphasizes meaning-making, reconciling choices, and living authentically by one's values. Jabriel is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, and a graduate of Union Presbyterian Seminary (M.Div., '22). He completed further study in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at William & Mary (M.Ed. '24).

Shareka Eldridge is a person centered; trauma-informed Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in the commonwealth of Virginia and state of Texas. She is the founder of LegaCEE Counseling and Consulting, an outpatient practice established October 2019. Shareka earned her master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University May of 2015 and became a registered counselor supervisor March of 2021. With over a decade of experience, Shareka has worked in a variety of settings providing mental health services to primarily adolescents and young adults to include corrections, medical, academia, community military, and l local and state government agencies. Due to the array of settings, Shareka has been introduced to and provided services to various clientele and families of multiple origins and make up. Within her practice and as a counseling supervisor, Shareka takes a collaborative approach infused with teaching and motivation. Shareka is a proud member of the National Association of Black Counselors where she is the national lead for the Mentorship Program and is a member of the American Counseling Association and Virginia Counseling Association. As a member of each entity and within her practice, she strives to educate and foster connection within minority families and communities and to allow those who are often voiceless, to have a voice with an emphasis on trauma healing. Shareka was voted one of Richmond’s Best Therapist by onlinetherapy.com in 2022, 2023 and 2024 and has been allowed the opportunity to mentor many.

Sherrie was born and raised in Richmond, VA. She graduated from Hampton University with a degree in Psychology and earned her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South University.
With over 10 years of experience in various areas of the mental health field, Sherrie is dedicated to supporting our community.
Outside of work, she loves traveling, sightseeing, music, and spending time at the beach.

Greetings! I am Erica Spragans, a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor with over 8 years of experience in helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. My passion lies in supporting adolescents and young adults as they explore their emotions, build resilience, and cultivate a fulfilling life. I have background and experience in utilizing modalities including cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, and person centered therapies as well as trauma-informed care, and I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can feel comfortable expressing themselves. My approach is collaborative; I work alongside my clients to identify their goals and develop personalized coping strategies that empower them to achieve personal growth.

Keonna was born and raised in the Richmond area. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Virginia State University in 2016, and obtained her master’s degree in Counseling with a concentration in Community Mental Health from Hampton University in 2021. She also has completed some graduate level course work in clinical psychology from Virginia State University. She served in the U.S. Army Reserves for a total of 9 years and has worked in the mental health field since 2017. She has experience as a growing mental health provider in a variety of settings and mental health services. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches, to include but not limited to mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and Dialectical behavior therapy. The use of many different therapeutic approaches allows her to provide an increased individualized approach that focuses on each individual client when facilitating outpatient mental health therapy services. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching docuseries, and engaging in mindfulness activities.

Hello, I’m Lisa Smith, a mental health professional committed to guiding individuals and families through their mental health challenges. I have worked in various mental health settings such as private facilities, non-profit organizations, and mental health startups. I offer a range of treatment modalities, including individual therapy, family therapy and group therapy sessions
A major focus of my work has been depression and anxiety management and helping clients identify how to channel their emotions effectively, develop healthy coping strategies and reduce stress to prevent the onset of various mental instabilities.
I continue to stay informed and dedicated to the latest developments in the field of mental health and regularly engage in professional development opportunities. I strive for excellence and professionalism adhering to the highest ethical standards along with providing the best possible care.

Services are rendered in our conveniently located Henrico County office or via Telehealth.
Majority of your services will be covered by your insurance company; however, you will be responsible for any co-pay and/or deductibles.
We currently do not have a waitlist, this is subject to change, most clients are seen within 5 days of completing intake paperwork.
